Youkoso is an honest-to-goodness elven harem featuring high elves and dark elves, and with nothing distracting you from the experience, whereas Elf-hime is darker, has a reasonable story to drive the motivations of the characters, and still offers the same high and dark elf harem goodness.

The human and the demi-human worlds are connected, and in order for the demi-humans to understand human society and culture, 20 female elves transferred to a human school. Our hero, Hiroki, is assigned to teach the inquisitive elves how life works in the human world. Being a teacher means he should not have a romantic relationship with his students, but one of the elves, princess Laranoa Oreale Graz Elzumia, captures his heart, and the two secretly become lovers. Oh, it’s one of those stories again…
