Toilet no Hanako-san vs Kukkyou’s supernatural occurrences are still present in the second episode as the exorcist finds another evil spirit to purge from humanity, this time being a doll of sorts and prompting the exorcist to once again use his member as his primary means of elimination.
The doll (as many would predict) ends up not standing a chance as she is left at the mercy of the exorcist’s sexual assault:
