Reiji, a private detective, is currently involved in a particularly mysterious case. Lately, the severed arms and legs of girls have been found around town, but the bodies have never been located, leaving the police at a loss. All targets so far seem to come from the Ooba girls' college, which Reiji's stepsister also goes to.
